We liaise directly with the manufacturer and distribution network to negotiate effectively and gain insight into the production roadmap, ensuring the best possible pricing and delivery timelines. Strong supplier partnerships are key to our success and we have developed excellent relationships up to Director level with all our key suppliers.
The team proactively manage obsolescence with analysis of commodities, forecasting, long term storage options, last time buys and supporting design with longevity in mind.
