Capabilities that deliver at every stage

We manage all stages involved in delivering complex electronic systems. Our teams validate design data, improve it for manufacture and test, source and control materials, build and integrate assemblies, verify performance and provide ongoing support. This joined-up approach reduces risk, shortens lead times and gives customers systems that work as intended from the start.

Delivering critical and complex value

Our work supports advanced electronics across defence, aerospace and security. These brief case studies outline our role while respecting the confidential nature of the projects.

Re-engineering for urgent operational demand

We took an incomplete design that could not be built to print, strengthened the data pack, resolved component issues and delivered a manufacturable, tested system on an accelerated schedule.

Radar platform recovery

A complex radar subsystem was failing environmental and functional tests. Our teams reviewed the build approach, corrected wiring and RF issues, revalidated performance and returned the unit to service within the customer’s required window.

Obsolescence rescue

A mission system faced critical component obsolescence. We identified replacements, redesigned affected assemblies, secured the supply chain and extended the operational life of the system by several years.
