Defence

Land

Electronics used in ground-based sensing, surveillance and robust communications modules.

Examples include:

  • Units for radar and sensor platforms
  • Secure communications modules
  • Electronic assemblies for vehicle mounted equipment
Air

Assemblies used in avionics, airborne sensing and mission system electronics.

Examples include:

  • RF and antenna builds for airborne platforms
  • Electronic warfare related subassemblies
  • Integrated units requiring vibration and environmental testing
Sea

Electronics used in maritime sensing, communication and system control.

Examples include:

  • Radar related units
  • RF and antenna assemblies for naval applications
  • Cabinet and rack builds for mission system equipment
Autonomy

Autonomy demands precision, integration and control.

Examples include:

  • We manufacture core components, including PCBA and wiring for autonomous platforms
  • Assemble subsystems, from sensors, communications payload and controllers
  • Procure required components to confirm to sovereign sourced requirements
Plane

Aerospace

Electronics used in avionics, control systems and specialist aerospace applications.

Examples include:

  • PCBAs and subassemblies for control units
  • RF modules and screened work
  • Units for high vibration and temperature environments
  • Power and control subassemblies for onboard systems

Security and intelligence

Highly specialised electronic communication.

Examples include:

  • Secure communication electronics
  • Data sensitive assemblies with controlled access
  • Units requiring environmental, EMC and RF testing
  • Electronics for protected data handling within classified builds

Delivering critical and complex value

Our work supports advanced electronics across defence, aerospace and security. These brief case studies outline our role while respecting the confidential nature of the projects.

Re-engineering for urgent operational demand

We took an incomplete design that could not be built to print, strengthened the data pack, resolved component issues and delivered a manufacturable, tested system on an accelerated schedule.

Radar platform recovery

A complex radar subsystem was failing environmental and functional tests. Our teams reviewed the build approach, corrected wiring and RF issues, revalidated performance and returned the unit to service within the customer’s required window.

Obsolescence rescue

A mission system faced critical component obsolescence. We identified replacements, redesigned affected assemblies, secured the supply chain and extended the operational life of the system by several years.
