Training academy
Our on-site Training Academy develops the skills that keep the UK defence supply chain strong. Every engineer employed at STI is trained to deliver to IPC 610 standard and undergoes continuous training and developments to strengthen skills and deliver to the most demanding standards within Defence and Aerospace.
