• ESS/HALT/HASS (7 Chambers). -100°c to +200°c at 60°c per min
• Coating: Acrylic, Polyurethane, Silicon, Parylene
• Encapsulation
• Box Build: 7000 sq ft. Mechanical Assembly and System Test facilities
• Technology Room: BGA removal and re-balling, specialist rework and modification plus X-Ray and Ersascope
