Engineering Department In a survey completed by our customers they were unanimous in scoring STI with top marks for Technology and Engineering excellence. Investment in the best equipment has always been our strategy but what always sets us apart from others is the strength of our Engineering Team. Our philosophy is to encourage process specialism with each engineer becoming expert at one of the key disciplines such as printing, placement or reflow. In addition each engineer works closely with a small number of customers taking part in Design for Manufacture reviews on new products and tackling issues as they arise during manufacture. In this way we quickly become expert manufacturers of your products.
