Unrivalled Customer Service is our aim, and the key to this is good communication. At STI we assess the requirements of our Customers and then allocate to each Customer one of our experienced Account Managers. The Account Manager is then responsible for day to day communication with the customer providing quotations, fulfilling purchase orders and addressing queries. The Account Manager supervises the critical process of Contract Review prior to processing a Purchase Order, which is supported by representatives from the procurement, engineering and production departments. We aim to provide a complete turnkey solution for our Customers from design to delivery.
