Material procurement and inventory management is a critical element to successful Contract Manufacturing. At STI our large procurement team comprises a blend of experiences from different market sectors and across different commodities which combine into a powerful team. Our philosophy is that of Project Buying, giving responsibility to each Buyer to deliver a full kit of parts to the production line On Time and On Budget.

The IMS business tool used to great affect at STI is Vantage from Epicor. Vantage is implemented throughout the business to provide the control we need at every step of the way.

Our substantial, refurbished stores department provides a fully static safe and temperature controlled environment for component storage and kitting.
