STI is committed to being a leader in Environmental Health and Safety (EH & S) by protecting the health and safety of our employees, our neighbors’ and the natural environment.

Providing safe working conditions and protecting the environment are paramount at STI and as such we have health and safety professionals responsible for identifying and attaining goals that result in continuous improvement of our compliance, employee safety and performance. Our health and safety systems are managed by a NEBOSH certified appointed person.

Our company’s quality system is certified to ISO9001:2008 and has been ISO accredited since 1998.

We have also achieved ISO14001:2004 and have integrated it with the health and safety system which is modeled on OHASA 18001. We are currently working towards AS9100.
